BAME Planners Network

The BAME Planners Network was founded in August 2020 in response to the issues faced by Black Asian and Minority Ethnic groups within the planning profession.

We believe that BAME planners are diverse, work in various sectors and represent a multicultural, multiracial society. The Network is aware of the varying levels of success that exist between different minority groups within the profession and the profound and long-lasting effect discrimination has in the workplace.
