Our objectives
Diversitas are looking to further increase their membership and raise their own profile to encourage a wider representation of black professionals within the built environment sector.
We look forward to continuing to work with CIC and evolving the built environment industry with greater representation of black professionals in leadership roles. These objectives will be met through Diversitas members contributing to the work of CIC Committees who will then share their work through Council meetings we have organised throughout the year.
The primary objectives of Diversitas are:
To encourage and provide more diverse leadership and increased representation within CIC and the industry from top black construction professionals.
To appoint expert black construction professionals to sit on the various CIC committees, panels and regions and to support CIC Champions for example Housing, Climate Change and Building Safety
